Maison Vintage ships Fine Art Prints to selected destinations worldwide.

Made to Order

Every Maison Vintage Fine Art Print is made to order. Once your order is placed, your artwork is professionally printed, carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Europe and selected countries in Asia.

Shipping availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on your destination, the size and weight of your artwork, and the contents of your order.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your destination, production location and shipping service.

Any estimated delivery timeframe shown during checkout is an estimate and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or unusually busy periods.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your artwork has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges depending on the destination.

Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient in accordance with local regulations.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sabrina.maisonvintage@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.

If you believe your shipment has been lost or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us so we can investigate with the relevant fulfilment or delivery provider.
