Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you’ll love your Maison Vintage artwork. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal – EU Customers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at sabrina.maisonvintage@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us, you must return the artwork within 14 days. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before returning your order so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Returned items should be handled with reasonable care and securely packaged. We may be entitled to deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the artwork has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Once the return has been received, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Customers Outside the European Union

For customers outside the European Union, change-of-mind returns are subject to the consumer laws applicable to your order and destination.

Please contact us at sabrina.maisonvintage@gmail.com before returning any item. We will provide you with the appropriate instructions where a return is available.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Every Maison Vintage artwork is carefully produced and packaged. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at sabrina.maisonvintage@gmail.com.

Please include:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue;
• clear photographs of the artwork;
• clear photographs of the packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please keep the artwork and its original packaging until we have reviewed your request.

Cancellations

Because each Maison Vintage Fine Art Print is produced after an order is placed, production may begin shortly after purchase.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once production or fulfilment has begun. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Personalised or Custom-Made Products

If Maison Vintage offers personalised or custom-made artwork in the future, different cancellation and withdrawal rules may apply where the product is made to your specifications or clearly personalised, as permitted by applicable law.

Any such exception will be clearly indicated before purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where a refund is due under a statutory right of withdrawal, it will be handled within the time limits required by applicable law.
